As you lie back and relax, Kamaraj will work key pressure points as he moves your body through a seamless series of stretches and yoga inspired positions. Designed to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a state of balance and harmony, Thai Yoga massage encourages self-healing and is a deeply satisfying treatment.
The benefits enjoyed from a Thai massage session may include: relief from stress, warmed and stretched muscles, deep relaxation, healing energy flow, greater flexibility, increased and focused energy levels, prevention of injury, relief from sore and aching muscles and joints, detoxification, and a feeling of confidence and well-being.
The yoga postures applied by the practitioner are intended to balance the receiver through the Ayurvedic philosophy of the tridoshas. Different asanas create this balance affecting the person's nature, whether they are kapha, pitta, or vata in their constitution.

| Shiatsu Massage |
| |
Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on therapy originating in Japan, and works on the idea of energy channels and meridians running through the body. The treatments help to release any blockages along these energy pathways, helping our bodies to work more efficiently and increasing our sense of wellbeing.
Unlike Acupuncture, Shiatsu does not involve any needles. Rather, the meridians are stimulated by tapping, squeezing, rubbing and kneading using the fingers, thumbs and palms. The level of pressure can be adjusted according to your needs – a strong massage is a fast way to clear out toxins and any physical or emotional blockages holding us back, whereas a softer massage is so relaxing, most people drift off into a very deep state of relaxation.
The benefits of Shiatsu massage include: relaxation of deep muscle and tissues, reduction of stress, release of toxins from the body, prevent disease, increase flexibility, improve circulation, reduce blood pressure and mental anxieties, increase mental and spiritual awareness

| Reflexology Massage |
| |
Reflexology works mostly on the feet and hands to stimulate key energy points. This natural healing art is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands and ears that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.
Through application of pressure on these reflexes, this treatment relieves tension, improves circulation and helps optimise the body’s performance. Reflexology is a relaxing healing treatment, often incorporated into either of the above treatments. |

| Swedish Massage |
| |
Swedish massage is considered to be among the most basic methods of massage and is among the first styles of massage that new masseurs get to study. Developed by Henrik Ling in Sweden in the 1700s, Swedish massage is particularly to allow the body to absorb more oxygen, thereby rejuvenating the body. Swedish massage is also geared towards detoxification by increasing the speed by which the cells of the body eliminate their waste materials.
But more than these, Swedish massage brings to the receiver an immense feeling of satisfaction and relaxation. There are six techniques used in administering Swedish massage
namely:Effleurage,Friction, Petrissage, Tapottement, Traction,Vibration. |
